Builder Wanted – 60 → 100+ units/month (Realistic $150k–$250k+ earning potential)

We’re not your average dealership, and we’re definitely not looking for your average Sales Manager.

Applewood Performance Centre is the used-car and luxury powerhouse of the Applewood Auto Group. We have access to 750+ pre-owned vehicles across the group (everything from daily drivers to six-figure exotics), and our store is the central hub where the action happens.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume, digital-first operation:

  • No suits required — sneakers and polos are the uniform

  • Most deals are closed over the phone, text, or online

  • Huge untapped databases c of orphan owners, service customers, conquest lists, and equity-mining opportunities just sitting there waiting to be hunted

  • Current team: 8 motivated reps delivering ~60 units/month

  • 2026 goal: 100+ units/month by Q2 (and we have the inventory and leads to do it)

We need a proven builder who obsesses over data and knows how to turn cold records into closed deals.

The Perfect Candidate Looks Like One of These:

  • Internet Manager who’s consistently hit 40–60+ units personally and is ready to lead a team

  • Used-Car Manager from a high-volume store who lives in vAuto, VinSolutions, Equifax equity tools, and CRM goldmines

  • Digital-retail or phone-sales rockstar who’s tired of caps and politics and wants to run their own show

  • Someone who has built their own team before. If you want to bring some with you, we’re 100% open to that

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Mine our massive internal databases for hidden gold (orphan owners, service drive, lease maturities, equity plays)

  • Build and scale phone + digital sales processes that the rest of the industry still hasn’t figured out

  • Recruit, train, and lead the team to 100+ units/month

  • Keep the floor energy high in a laid-back but hungry culture

  • Maximize gross by knowing when to push and when to close fast

Pay & Structure

  • True independent-contractor role (you run your own sole-prop or corp)

  • Volume/gross bonus structure

  • Realistic &150k - $250k+ first-year earnings for the right builder (top performers will clear significantly more)

  • You handle your own taxes/GST — talk to your accountant, you’ll love the write-offs
