Marketing Coordinator

We’re Hiring! Marketing Coordinator – Richmond & Langley Locations

Applewood Auto Group is looking for two Marketing Coordinator to join our Richmond and Langley team!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our digital presence, our websites inventory photos, and supporting exciting campaigns that showcase the “It’s All Good at Applewood” experience.

Key Responsibilities:

📸 Merchandising

• Capture and upload high-quality photos of used vehicles using our AI Photography App.
• Write engaging and accurate vehicle descriptions using AI and online tools.
• Work closely with sales team to ensure the website is always up to date.

📱 Social Media Coordination

• Execute and maintain the dealership social media calendar.
• Film, edit, and caption short-form content aligned with brand standards.
• Film, edit, and caption short-form content for dealership paid ads.
• Engage with our audience professionally through comments and messages.

💻 Website Administration

• Oversee and update the inventory daily.
• Manage staff photos, including edits and uploads.

🎉 Event Coordination

• Coordinate and execute group-wide sales and community events at the dealership.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong videography and video editing skills.
• Owning personal videography equipment is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices.

Salary range: $48,000-$60,000 based on experience.
