We’re looking for motivated and goal-driven individuals to join
our team as Remote Car Sales & Finance Specialists. This is a full-time,
Monday through Friday position where you’ll assist customers from start to
finish in their car-buying journey, all over the phone.
Position Overview:
As a Remote Car Sales & Finance Specialist, you will guide
customers through the car-buying process, from recommending the right vehicle
to securing financing that suits their budget. Your combination of sales
expertise and financial knowledge will ensure that each customer receives a
seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers interested in purchasing a vehicle
- Understand customer preferences, needs, and budgets to recommend the ideal vehicle options
- Provide detailed information on vehicles, including features, pricing, and availability
- Work with customers to assess their credit and offer financing solutions, such as loans and leases
- Walk customers through the finance application process, explaining terms, rates, and repayment options
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth approval, funding, and completion of sales
- Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and down payment options
- Offer exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and providing guidance throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed sales and finance goals
- Stay current on vehicle inventory, financing options, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, finance, or automotive sales preferred
- Strong understanding of car financing options, including loans, leases, and credit evaluations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales and finance targets
- Ability to manage complex customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems, financing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
