The ideal candidate will bring their Energy, Passion, and Collaborative Spirit to work alongside our fantastic team of professionals.  We are looking for candidates who are experienced Automotive Sales Professionals only.  If you have never worked in a dealership in Automotive Sales, we won't be able to move your application forward.

What You’ll Bring

Our ideal Internet Sales Manager will live, breathe and be passionate about cars and the automotive industry. You’ll have proven success in managing and leading people within a car dealership. You’ll know the sales cycle like the back of your hand. A successful automotive sales manager should have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team, in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies: The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing online sales strategies that align with the dealership's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team: The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for looking after online sales, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the rest of the Sales team.
  • Achieve revenue targets through sales volume: The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by increasing sales volume and profitability for the dealership.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships: The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Forecast sales and monitor performance: The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for forecasting sales and monitoring performance against targets, using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Measurables:

  • Driving Sales Volume: You are responsible for driving sales volume by implementing effective online sales strategies that align with the dealership's goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: You are responsible for ensuring customers receive excellent service and support throughout the sales process. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maximizing Gross Profit: You are responsible for maximizing gross profit margins by maintaining price integrity, achieving sales volume targets, CSI targets, and finance office assistance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: As the Internet Sales Manager, it is your responsibility to collaborate effectively with the rest of the Sales team to help drive desired results.
  • Improving Lead Conversion Rates: You are responsible for improving lead conversion rates by converting  those leads into actual sales.

What we need from you:

  • 3+ years of Automotive Sales experience
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office and other applications)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
