Applewood Auto Group – Internet Sales Coordinator (BDC)

It's All Good at Applewood! Our Business Development Center (Call Center - SALES department) is looking for an outgoing, customer sales-oriented BDC Representative and it's fully remote!

During the first 3 weeks of employment, you will need to commute for training purposes, you will be required to commute for occasional meetings to the Langley, Surrey and Richmond areas.

The Position

You're naturally friendly and just want to help people. Someone drops a $5.00 bill on the street. You instinctively grab it and hand it back to the owner. A customer looking lost on our lot? You quickly go up to them and ask them how you can help. Our BDC Reps help coordinate appointments for our Service customers, but they are gearing up to do so much more...mainly, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT...in other words, help drive business to our stores! You'll do all of this over the phone, so you have to have a friendly voice.

Schedule

Wednesday, Thursday 12:00 PM -8:00 PM, Friday, Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday/Tuesday off) - schedule may vary.

Measurables

Lead Volume: This measures the number of incoming leads generated through outbound and inbound phone calls, emails and text messages.

Appointment Show Rates: This measures the percentage of scheduled appointments that result in a customer visit to the dealership, indicating the effectiveness of the BDC team member in setting and confirming appointments.

Retention Rate: This measures the percentage of customers who service their vehicles two times per year

Customer Satisfaction: This measures customer satisfaction with the overall sales experience, including responsiveness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the BDC team member.

Sales Revenue: This measures the amount of revenue generated by the BDC team member through vehicle sales, service appointments, warranties, and other associated products, indicating the overall business impact of the BDC team on the dealership's bottom line.
